Our Story - A Tradition Worth Keeping
The story of Jake’s Rostraver began in 1975, when the Hewitt family opened their first pizza shop in North Belle Vernon. With fresh, handmade recipes and a passion for great food, it didn’t take long before they became a local favorite. Six years later, they brought those same traditions to Rostraver, where Jake’s became more than just a pizza place, it became part of the community.
Still Family-Owned & Operated
For decades, the Hewitts served up slices, and smiles, staying true to their community. In 2021, after a remarkable run, the family decided it was time to retire and close this chapter.
But for those of us raised in Rostraver, we knew that couldn't be the end of Jakes.
Thats when the King family stepped in. Locals who grew up on Jake's and believed in keeping the legacy alive. We're proud to carry on the tradition thaat so many people have loved for years.
